A young girl has suffered severe third-degree burns affecting her entire body, especially her face. Due to the earthquake that hit Syria and Turkey, her treatment was delayed and limited to removing the burned skin from her nose and mouth to allow her to breathe and eat, along with ointment to ease the pain.
But will she live with a scarred face that hides her beauty?
The girl urgently needs a cosmetic surgery to lead a normal life, free from the psychological trauma she might face if left like this.
Thanks to your generous donations, we have completed the first phase of her treatment. With your continued support, we will be able to raise the remaining funds to take her into surgery for the second phase, including treatment for her thumb, upper lip, nose, armpit, and to reconstruct the bald area behind her forehead.
Donate now and help lift this little one out of pain.
